EPA Worker’s Bill of Rights

triangle sm right

EPA employees throughout the country are united behind the EPA Workers’ Bill of Rights. The principles embrace science, bolster working conditions, and deliver a fair contract that ensures EPA workers are able to carry out the agency’s mission to protect public health and the environment.

In the summer of 2020, we ratified a contract to begin to hold the agency accountable to these ideals. But our fight for a fair workplace and the principles in the EPA Workers’ Bill of Rights is far from over. Learn more about our values and sign the EPA Workers’ Bill of Rights.
